If you pull up on the cable to set or lock in the anchor, then that puts slack in the cable, what do you use to tie down with that removes the slack? Also I dont understand the size. If Im anchoring a small trailer is this an anchor I should use? View answer

I have an old Warren Axe & Tool Company log roller that I would like to reuse this is a hand me down from father to sin to don. Would love to save this.
